The only bad choice is no choice at all.
When I see my students paralyzed by indecision, wanting to wait to choose a path until they know for certain which one is right, I reflect on how often we are wrong when predicting the future.
Human are bad at predicting our own futures.
In light of that, the real question isn’t “Which path is right?” but “Why not just start down a path?”
They’re all right. They’re all wrong. But waiting till you know is a recipe for never choosing.
The only bad choice is no choice at all.
