Reinvention: Ineffectiveness

This week we’re considering rationales and strategies for reinvention. Today: ineffectiveness.

Sometimes, a concert just doesn’t work. I remember a concert that put so many students in an auditorium slightly too small to hold them and their families. The music worked, but the logistics didn’t and no one was quite happy with the results.

When a concert doesn’t work, the only thing to do is reinvent. Don’t do it again next year, if at all possible!

Reinvention might mean changing the venue, the invited guests, the time of year, the duration of concert, or some other aspect of the concert.
