Who do you have unrealistic expectations of?

I saw the following quote today from an inspiring musical leader and leadership consultant.

Once in awhile, look at a foundational decision and reimagine it.

Sometimes I have a detailed plan for rehearsal. Other times, I just have a good sense of the map.

The gift of a once-weekly rehearsal schedule can also be its greatest challenge.
