Most of us can only have two.
Virtuosic talent.
Supernatural work ethic.
Unearthly desire to achieve.
Once in a while, someone comes along with all three. They are shooting stars, and we’re lucky to just watch them. But most of us should accept that we mere mortals only have two.
If I got to pick, I would choose the desire and the work ethic. Those two feel more stable to build a career on. But people make it work with all the combinations.
