I’ve been evolving my “Dear People” format – the weekly letter I am to write to my students. As of now, here is how it’s laid out.
Who do you want to work with? My answer comes down to this one Leonard Bernstein quote:
Repeat yourself.
Choirs don’t work without implicit trust.
Plan on it.
I believe in optimism as a default position. As an educator, as a leader, as a human being.
