Centering Practice

It’s essential to come back to yourself as often as possible. Every day, if you can, make a practice of returning to your center.

What that practice is is not important. It could be yoga or meditation, but it might be a favorite song, or sitting at the piano, or sitting down to write a few words. Find what works for you.

In our busiest days, we are the most likely to put ourselves last and neglect the essential self-care of centering. But leave it for too long and you won’t be able to be your best self.

Find your center, and return back to it as often as you can.
