I make a to do list every morning. It’s scrawled on a 3×5 card or the back of an envelope, and awaits crossing off as the day goes by.
But would I be better off making a two-day to do list? Along with today’s to do, things I need to get done tomorrow, and even the day after tomorrow (that’s two day’s from now).
Like many people I know, I am always reacting to what most urgently needs to be done. With a to do list that encompasses multiple days, I can be more strategic, and make sure something important for Friday doesn’t become urgent or even a crisis by waiting.
