RAMChoir is definitively one of my favorite yearly projects. Every May for four weeks we throw together an unauditioned-intergenerational-just-for-fun TTBB Choir to learn four pieces and make some music as part of the Rockford Aces Spring Concert.
Bringing multiple generations together, seeing dads and grandpas singing alongside my students, is heartwarming. Having them come together for nothing other than the joy of music making is affirming. We laugh, we sing, we have a blast.
And it’s starting this coming Wednesday, May 1!
