Introverts With Something to Say

Liking to talk isn’t the same as having something to say.

One of the challenges of education is encouraging the introverts with something to say, instead of encouraging the students who are “good in front of a crowd” but don’t add anything to the conversation.

Not everyone who is silent has something that they need to say – but we must search for those who do. Because once an introvert with something worth saying finds her voice, they can change the world.

Introverts who have found their voice are some of the most powerful people in society. They know what they want to say, they have acquired the power to say it, and they only use that power when it’s important.

Teach introverts how to use their voice. Then get out of the way.
