It’s the best thing to make the best music you’re capable of with a group of friends.
For the first, you need a good choral leader. For the second, you need time spent bridging the gaps between the singers – social events, team building. For the third, the members need to individually – universally! – commit to putting the music first in rehearsal, while still honoring the human connection before and after.
Good and better aren’t bad because they aren’t best. They’re good! They’re better! But if you strive for the best choral experience, you need all three pieces.
