It’s time for my sixth Flash Mob Friday! Gigging musicians and artists have been and will continue to be disproportionately hit by the COVID-19 closings, so each Friday I’m going to point you towards a musician, artist, or organization I think is worth your support. It’s my hope that together we can support artists at a time of great need.
The only rule for participation is that you can’t give disproportionately, either. It’s about the community coming together to support artists, not about any one person being a benefactor.
Patreon is a great way to provide ongoing support to artists you love – because let’s be honest, artists are going to continue to need recovery long after the Flash Mob Fridays have ended.

Säje – this amazing new vocal group was just getting off the ground and canceled their March tour dates and beyond.
Accent – this tttbbb sextet is creating rich, harmonically adventurous music while living in five different countries.
The Swingles – the above groups are new, and The Swingles are probably among the oldest vocal groups. They make a full-time living touring, so they must be particularly hard hit.
