The August 1 alarm going off is real.
If you’re like me, the whole summer has been spent working on various projects for next school year. But something about August 1, for me, is when the alarm really starts ringing. Loud.
I’m glad to be spending a bit of August 1 at the MSVMA Summer Conference, alongside lots of other people who feel what I’m feeling. I’m going to lean into leaning on my compatriots as I prepare for the first day of school.
We’re more successful when we’re doing it together.
