I’ve been making homemade pizza for the better part of a decade. It’s gotten consistently better over the years as I’ve honed recipes and learned tricks.
Every year or so, I get to a plateau in my pizza where it’s pretty consistent from one week to the next.
But every time I hit a plateau, it doesn’t take long before I get curious about what else I can do, try, tweak. I read, I experiment, and we begin to rise again. (With steps backward for new recipes, mistakes, and failed experiments.)
If you’ve reached a plateau, it only requires imagination and experimentation to begin to grow again. Staying stuck at one level is just a failure of imagination.
Aim for plateaus, then aim to rise again.
